The high pressure steam boiler Vitomax 200-HS meets all current requirements demanded of advanced steam boilers. With the optional integral economiser and associated system technology, the boiler utilises fuel with particular effi ciency. The turbulators are not required when using an economiser.

This three-pass boiler operates with environmental responsibility and clean combustion over its entire output range. A defi ned and constant temperature where the flame is produced support the stable formation of the fl ame and reduce the
NOx formation. 

A lining is not required as the rear fl ue gas reversing chamber is fully water-cooled. This utilises the generated heat fully for creating steam. The steam chamber, with its large evaporator, generates excellent steam quality with low residual moisture. The burner is inserted through a water-cooled jacket.
